Prior to investing in Real Estate full-time, Patrick had a diverse career in Start-up, Technology, and Financial Services. His last position was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley's industry leading Institutional Equity division where he was responsible for Asian Markets' Algorithmic and Electronic trading risk management for all Institutional Equity businesses.

Ting Geng is the Founder of Tinggi Design, a commercial interior design firm which focuses on restaurant design. Prior to entering the design business, Ting spent 15 years in investment banking. Her last position was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she was responsible for six equity trading markets and over $1 billion in assets. After leaving investment banking, Ting and her husband went on a year-long round-the-world trip before deciding to come back to Houston to work on their passion projects.
